- Providing outstanding customer service by developing and implementing strategies that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Leading a team of customer service professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a customer service position with a strong understanding of industry trends and techniques.

- Able to monitor and report on key metrics to management.
