Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to develop and execute new strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, including email/SMS marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys, and A/B testing.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute successful email/SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Create automated customer journeys and flows to ensure relevant communication.
  • A/B test different strategies to determine the most effective messaging and timing.
  • Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to personalize communication and offers.
  • Oversee subscription programs, optimize churn rate, and increase Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Monitor subscription metrics and implement initiatives to improve retention rates.
  • Design and manage loyalty programs to reward and retain loyal customers.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote loyalty programs participation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the consumer package goods (CPG) ecommerce space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful email/SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with subscription management and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Compensation: Up to $24,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities of up to 8% of annual salary, reflecting the importance of this role in driving customer loyalty and growth.
