Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Multiplier Technologies Pte. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trusted relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their talent and business objectives through our platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consultative solutioning to drive customer adoption and engagement.
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Synthesizing customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Designing and implementing at-scale education programs to drive customer success.
- Understanding customer needs across industries and tiers, and designing solutions to meet those unique business needs.
Requirements include:
- Customer obsession and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring to meet customer and business goals.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in easy and concise language.
- Organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and perform well under pressure.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and resilience, with the ability to adapt easily to change in a high-growth start-up environment.
