**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual appointment setter to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively calling leads using our provided dialer system to set up appointments for our sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that prospects meet our company's criteria and providing them with a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system to set up appointments for sales representatives.
* Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit.
* Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs.
* Handle objections and provide information to prospects in a clear and concise manner.
* Stay updated on our company's products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.

**Requirements:**
* Experience in sales or high-level funnel sales management.
* Sales nurturer and sales rehash experience.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
* Familiarity with the industry or product being sold.
* Proven track record of achieving appointment setting targets or KPIs.
* Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and provide a positive customer experience.

**Estimated Salary:**
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
