Job Summary

The Cooking Team Member - Kitchen Organization will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and assisting the First Cook in ensuring the smooth operation of the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen Set up the orders for sales points Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen Prepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of your superior Store and check the validity of food Assist other departments whenever necessary In shift changes, transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good written and verbal communication Attention and concentration Ability to work in teams Interest in developing the area/company Ability to work under pressure

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • Training in Food Previous experience in an industrial kitchen Basic knowledge of food hygiene
