About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of AgileEngine's services
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities, with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Upper-intermediate English language proficiency
