We're seeking a highly motivated Tech Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective support to internal and external customers, performing analysis of evidence provided by customers to identify causes and solutions, and collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
You will also provide technical guidance to junior team members, identify and document solutions to technical incidents, create knowledge bases for future reference, manage SLAs, and maintain high compliance and accomplishment.
We value candidates with experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in fintechs, payments companies, or start-ups. Your ability to construct SQL queries, analyze technical logs, and navigate through apps like Postman, Looker, or Bigquery will be valuable assets in this role.
Communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
