Key Objective

This role will support the Regional VP of IDP in driving business plans, executing projects, and developing strategies to effectively manage the Agency channel in LATAM. The main areas of focus will include standardizing processes, managing programs like Cornerstone, enhancing and improving the CRM, and building onboarding processes.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support and manage agency initiatives to drive operational efficiencies across the region, working closely with the regional agency analytics lead.
  • Develop a regional training calendar and drive training best practices to all countries in the region.
  • Build agendas for meetings, quarterly calls, and annual agency team meetings, and assist with the development of the agency mission and value proposition.
  • Lead the development of the agency predictive analytics tool to identify market opportunities.
  • Support the development of a world-class CRM for the agency and help incorporate new processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with the Dynamics team to develop and improve APM CRM dashboards within the CRM tool.
  • Support LATAM with product line and agency incentives management to drive production and recognition.
  • Support market research to determine potential market opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Chubb's sales operations to ensure the proper tools are in place.
