The Role

What You’ll Do
- The sales support is responsible for ensuring the opportunity of response in quotations and supplies of spare parts by suppliers.
- Generate base of orders and quotes daily of the assigned workshops West zone.
- Location of spare parts of difficult achievement in the market.
- Follow-up audit to supplier management.
- Generation of letters of spare parts by import.
- Meet requirements of suppliers, workshops, experts and analysts of insurance companies.
- Responsible for the operational management of the region assigned to the companies (Allianz and previsora).
- Meet the assigned sales budget objective.

What You’ll Bring
- Engineer, or technical, mechanic, industrial administrator and / or related.
- Experience in administration and control of spare parts and / or pages of insurance companies.
- Management of office packages. (excel, word, power point, etc.).
- Teamwork.
- problem-solving skills.
- Good service attitude.
- Adapting to change
