Job Summary:
iQor is seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone. This is a high-volume call center environment where you will be expected to handle a large number of inbound and outbound calls, and provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Place outbound calls to customers to follow up on issues and provide additional support.
- Build strong relationships with customers by listening to their concerns and providing solutions to their problems.
- Meet or exceed call center metrics, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental productivity and quality standards.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure that their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to push, pull, lift, or otherwise move objects. Visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speaking, listening, typing, and sitting for extended periods of time are also required.
