Senior Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Billing Americas to lead our Americas Billing Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 9 analysts, optimizing collaboration with neighboring areas and customers, and managing the monthly billing cycle, monthly closing, and reporting activities.
About the Role:
- Lead and monitor the operational Billing team for the Amadeus Americas region.
- Work together with other team leads and your team to ensure positive Key Performance Indicators in line with agreed Service Level Agreements for operational Billing processes.
- Provide business support and advice for all operational Billing related topics.
- Drive, collaborate, and give input on the evolution of operational Billing related processes.
- Eager to work on local and international projects.
About You:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a managerial role.
- English bilingual.
- Leads by example, interested to master the daily activities of the department, and ready to go an extra mile to obtain extraordinary results.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and team development skills.
