Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of 9 analysts to optimize collaboration with neighboring areas and support customers.
- Oversee the monthly billing cycle, monthly closing, and reporting activities.
- Attend internal and external customer queries and escalations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
- English bilingual.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and team development skills.
