- Monthly Billing Cycle: Manage the monthly billing cycle, including closing and reporting activities, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Support: Attend to internal and external customer queries and escalations, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a billing or finance-related field.
- Language Skills: English bilingual, with excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead by example, with a strong focus on team development and motivation.
