Role Overview:
As a Product Advocate within the Customer Care Center (CCC), you will deliver first-line functional and technical assistance to Cytric customers and internal colleagues. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with both applications and infrastructure components to analyze, diagnose, and resolve user incidents, which may vary from straightforward inquiries to complex technical challenges. Collaboration with departments such as Customer Advocates and the development team will be essential while addressing Cytric-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely assistance in customer care by serving as the primary contact for customers and colleagues, offering support and consultation as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) via phone, email, and chat when necessary. You will delve into the intricacies of Cytric and other applications to ensure optimal support for our users.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education and Qualifications:
- Completion of an apprenticeship as a travel agent or a related qualification.
- Alternatively, a degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
Relevant Experience:
- Strong understanding of the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field with a solid technical background.
- Experience with Cytric, preferably in support or implementation roles.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish, German, or Italian is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic about tackling new challenges and exploring different areas of work.
- Resilient, organized, and independent, while also enjoying teamwork.
- Confident and proactive in customer interactions.
- High affinity for IT, process-oriented, and curious.
