Our Transformation JourneyWe are evolving our portfolio of hosted services towards a next-generation modern airline retailing platform aligned to industry offer and order retailing concepts. This transformation is founded on principles of customer-centric value delivery and driven by cloud-first modern engineering practices. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals with a passion to innovate, collaborate, and learn together to join our team and shape the evolution of our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize the outcome of Agile teams to deliver best value to customers.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, crafting actionable user stories for the development team.
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings, answer developers' questions as the customer/user representative, and accept finished user stories to ensure work meets criteria.
- Participate in iteration retrospectives, Agile events, and contribute to product promotion.
- Provide key information and communicate value on the product, defining the value proposition and contributing to the pilot plan with Product Marketing and other associated teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership.
- Required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline.
- Knowledge of the travel/airline industry, including IATA Offer/Order/Retail transformation vision.
- Specific knowledge of Navitaire business and how it is related to own area.
- Agile Mindset.
- Very good level of written and oral English.
- University Degree(s) in Business field.
