Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
  • Sell and promote travel solutions to new or active customers and follow up sales requests that contribute to the promotion of the company and increase sale revenue.
  • Work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the clients organization to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Be knowledgeable about all company products and services.
  • Use all available resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Sales executives with knowledge and experience with travel portfolio of products and services.
  • Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, client communication and customer management.
  • Requires a strong customer focus with customer facing service industry experience.
  • Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience.
  • Preferred if candidate possess an undergraduate degree or college certificate.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with minimum B2 English level.
  • Effective presentation and customer relations skills, with excellent listening skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Goal oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
