Product Advocate Travel Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Advocate Travel to join our Customer Care Center team at Amadeus. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-line functional and technical support to Cytric customers and colleagues from other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt assistance in the area of customer care by acting as the point of contact for customers and colleagues, providing support and consultation as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through phone, emails, and chat as required.
- Deep dive into the specifics of Cytric and other applications to provide the best support to our customers and colleagues.
- Work with other team members to provide accurate incident resolution and service request management within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the Travel/Tourism Business and previous work experience in Customer Service or other relevant experience with a strong technical affinity.
You should have very good English language skills, with Spanish, German, or Italian language being a plus. You should also be persistent, resilient, structured, and independent, but also enjoy working in a team.
