The Role

This position requires a professional focused on business development in the financial education and trading sector. The main responsibility will be to establish relationships with new clients, generate new sales, maintain quality in communications, and analyze market trends under a system of compliance with established goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Company's adopted business processes and perform tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
  • Familiarize yourself with all relevant services and products offered by the Company.
  • Make contacts through telephone, email, and instant messaging to sell services and products to new clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with new clients via phone calls.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Analyze current market situations with clients to maintain their interest in the financial markets.
  • Comply with standard parameters for daily communications with customers.
  • Meet quality requirements for communications with customers, as outlined by the Company.
  • Analyze competitors' actions and customer feedback.
  • Identify new clients and partners within your area of operation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of international markets, cryptocurrencies, and trading.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in public settings and write compelling texts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and OLAP software.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to working under pressure.
  • Detailed attention to organization, planning, and discipline.
