Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our growing Global Pre-Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working internally with various teams and occasionally with external clients. Your primary task will be to provide technical and functional write-ups for our suite of KYX platforms.

The role involves completing information requests globally and collaborating with internal teams, such as HR, Security, Product, and Finance, to provide high-quality responses during the RFP/RFI process. You will also work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other business units to maintain knowledge of existing and new products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs
  • Provide technical, functional, and subject-matter responses to the sales team
  • Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient skills in Spanish
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • Strong project management skills
