About the Role

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process in seven countries. This involves aligning requirements with internal users, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and managing document closure and updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the procurement team in minor negotiations and manage operational and administrative activities, including PO generation and supplier invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with area policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate high-impact contracts.
  • Follow up on minor negotiations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Improve services.
  • Respond to audits and internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • 4-5 years of experience in procurement, including negotiation, purchase order generation, market analysis, and commercial offers.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • High-level English proficiency.
  • Strong negotiation skills with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Assertive communication.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software for procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with electronic procurement systems for automating and streamlining the procurement process.
