As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects, producing reports, managing content requests, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to meet client needs, including managing content-related requests.
  • Content Coordination: Assist in developing and managing client-facing content, such as reports and training materials.
  • Meeting Management: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, identify action items, and follow up on next steps.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and analyze reports to track client progress, developing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Project Coordination: Organize and coordinate client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Tool Utilization: Manage tasks using Google Drive, Gmail, Asana, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging materials, such as marketing communications and product releases.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in content creation and management, including reports and training materials.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data analysis, with the ability to produce actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Google Drive, Gmail, Asana, or similar tools.
