Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruptions to our production environment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of changes.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes to our production environment.
  • Process Improvement
    • Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement new processes to support business growth and change.
  • Training and Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support change.
    • Develop and implement training materials to support change management initiatives.
  • Communication
    • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of changes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of changes.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management or a related field.
  • Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
