We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of UnifyCX Colombia S.A.S.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls, managing inquiries efficiently.
- Obtain specific information from traffic citations and input it into the computer system.
- Retrieve member past driving records and enter them into the system.
- Communicate instructions and requirements to members.
- Explain laws and procedures related to traffic citations.
- Instruct members on necessary paperwork for case handling.
- Complete various forms, including membership changes and driving record requests.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and adhere to scheduled shifts.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English (B2+ level).
- Proficient computer skills and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools, such as emails and instant messaging.
Estimated Monthly Salary: COP 2,700,000
