About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Movate Technologies Services Limited. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a world-class experience to customers by answering incoming questions from various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- To resolve solutions that help customers succeed.
- To coordinate customer responses in accordance with company values.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English language (B2/B2+ level)
- 6 months of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Portuguese language (B2/B2+ level)
