Our ambassadors understand Red Bull's target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around $15,000 - $20,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We're seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Student Marketeer. As a representative of Red Bull, you will be responsible for growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time - competently answering any questions from consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
  • Grow the User Base: Invite positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time - competently answering any questions from consumers.
  • Build and Execute a Tailored Campus Plan: Engage students and bring the brand to life at university by creating a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
  • Drive Brand Engagement on Social Media: Use authentic content to build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
  • Work at Red Bull Events: Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond, ensuring perfect execution of defined store standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a charismatic and energetic personality, and an immersed understanding of student life with thorough knowledge of the collegiate landscape, city & region. You should also be able to manage part-time work & studies, and have an affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing and sales.
