Job Overview

As a Trade Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will play a key role in developing the commercial strategy for the Healthcare category. Your expertise will drive category sales and create a win-win proposition for the company and its commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with P&G teams across markets to understand customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
  2. Promote the development of categories and strategic business focuses.
  3. Analyze and negotiate exhibition spaces for key accounts through a structured Category Management process.
  4. Define primary displays of products on shelves by defining the Category strategy and implementing objective and rational principles.

Job Qualifications

  1. Experience (approximately 2-3 years) in Category Management in mass consumption industries.
  2. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and operations.
  3. Achievement and customer orientation.
  4. Eligible to work in Colombia.
  5. Live in Bogotá.
