Job Overview
As a Trade Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will play a key role in developing the commercial strategy for the Healthcare category. Your expertise will drive category sales and create a win-win proposition for the company and its commercial partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with P&G teams across markets to understand customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Promote the development of categories and strategic business focuses.
- Analyze and negotiate exhibition spaces for key accounts through a structured Category Management process.
- Define primary displays of products on shelves by defining the Category strategy and implementing objective and rational principles.

Job Qualifications
- Experience (approximately 2-3 years) in Category Management in mass consumption industries.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and operations.
- Achievement and customer orientation.
- Eligible to work in Colombia.
- Live in Bogotá.
