Job Description

We are seeking a Business Developer to join our commercial team. As a key member, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and potential contacts in the market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Understand the recruitment industry and the headhunting business.
  • Present Pacifica Continental's services and tailor them to clients' needs.
  • Build a strong network within Pacifica Continental's relevant markets.
  • Follow up potential and current clients to increase business portfolio.
  • Develop commercial proposals and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English.
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment business (headhunting) is a plus.
  • Strong Hunter profile with proven track records.
  • Performance-oriented and willing to work with financial targets.
  • Ability to self-organize and work with autonomy.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
