As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You'll be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, client relationship management, sales presentations, networking, and sales lifecycle ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients, conduct outbound campaigns, self-generate leads, and identify research opportunities in new and existing markets.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, create positive relationships, and develop rapport with key decision-makers.
  3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, customize proposals based on each client's specific business needs.
  4. Networking and Conferences: Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network, represent our company professionally during in-person interactions.
  5. Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off.
Requirements
  • Some sales/client-facing experience (1-4 years) with great charisma, personable, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Extremely self-motivated, high energy, and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities, manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation.
  • VISA/ability to travel to the US, upper-intermediate English level.
