Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Your primary focus will be on prospecting and lead generation, conducting outbound campaigns, and self-generating leads through research and industry analysis. You will also be responsible for client relationship management, communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions.

In addition, you will prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, customize proposals based on each client's specific business needs, and attend industry conferences and events to expand your network.

As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of AgileEngine.

Requirements
  • 1-4 years of sales or client-facing experience
  • Great charisma, personable, and strong negotiation skills
  • Extremely self-motivated, high energy, and excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation
  • VISA/ability to travel to the US
  • Upper-intermediate English level
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, like Zoho, for maintaining client activities
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry
  • Understanding of overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US
  • Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms, and tools
