Business Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Development team and contribute to various projects involving multicultural teams worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, generating functional documentation, and translating requirements into development team requirements. They will also be the link between users and technical development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and analyze business needs to develop effective solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Develop and maintain functional documentation to support project requirements.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in computer product requirements.
  2. Excellent interpersonal communication and customer management skills.
  3. Strong multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
  4. Advanced English language proficiency.
