Job Overview
Nutanix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Colombia and Venezuela. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling Nutanix's products and solutions through Channel Partners and interacting directly with customers in the region.
Your Role
- Develop and execute account plans to sell to customers based on their business needs.
- Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues with prospects and develop formal quotes or proposals addressing their needs.
- Beyond building strong relationships with current accounts, identify and penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to provide product training and support to partners and customers.
- Establish partnerships with top Enterprise accounts in Colombia and Venezuela, working closely with Directors and VPs to influence sales team decisions and initiatives.
Key Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in multiple years.
- Strong organizational skills, with deep knowledge of territory planning and strategy.
- Able to communicate effectively with senior managers about business challenges and Nutanix data management storage solutions.
- Familiarity with technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services.
- Experience in selling storage and visualization solutions preferred.
