Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to comprehend both short- and long-term strategic needs, assisting in the development of tools, processes, and campaigns aimed at achieving corporate objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a revision-controlled sales process to ensure that all sales personnel and related departments are utilizing the most current instructions for managing their leads.
  • Act as a process leader within the Sales Software Development and maintenance teams, which includes, but is not limited to, Geomapping, Configuration, CRM, Pricing tools, proposal templates, and pipeline management tools.
  • Analyze, develop, and disseminate sales performance reports, working alongside IT and department heads to compile necessary data for report generation, with a goal of transitioning to automated dashboard reporting.
  • Create and sustain a sales training matrix to ensure comprehensive training records for all sales staff and to identify further training opportunities.
  • Assist Regional Sales Management in the design and implementation of onboarding and training initiatives for new sales professionals.
  • Foster a culture of customer service, trust, continuous improvement, safety, reliability, quality, accountability, and discipline among both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for any inquiries related to CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Management or Sales Process.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the development of sales processes and procedures.
  • A proactive leader in change management, with a strong ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Proven experience in establishing foundational elements within sales management tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CRM systems (such as HubSpot), design software, and sales metric dashboards.
