Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to identify strategic requirements and develop tools, processes, and campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Design and maintain a revision-controlled sales process to ensure all sales staff and associated departments are using the latest instructions.
  • Lead the Sales Software Development and maintenance teams, overseeing the development and implementation of Geomapping, Configure, CRM, Pricing tool, proposal templates, and pipeline tools.
  • Develop and publish sales measurement reports, working closely with IT and other department heads to gather data and create automated dashboard reports.
  • Establish and maintain a sales training matrix to track employee training records and identify training opportunities.
  • Support Regional Sales Management in creating and deploying onboarding and training programs for new Sales professionals.
  • Foster a culture of customer service, trust, continuous improvement, safety, reliability, quality, accountability, and discipline among both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management or Sales Process.
  • Proven track record of developing sales processes and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change management and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in building foundational elements in sales management tools.
  • Deep understanding of CRM (HubSpot), design software, and sales metric dashboards.
