Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AMD Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers in the design and integration of applications using AMD based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate AMD based technology offerings across multiple market verticals, capturing a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and clearly articulating the technical differentiation and value proposition associated with AMD versus its competitors.
- Develop and maintain credible subject matter expertise on direct and indirect product capabilities, analyzing vendor product solutions and evaluating product performance based on customer needs.
- Partner with sales to determine possible applications of AMD based products and solutions to meet customer requirements, collaborating with other AMD and vendor subject matter experts to build specific customer solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects, installing and testing solutions in-house as required to ensure successful deployments and evaluations.
- Lead technical design sessions, architecting and documenting technical solutions that align with end-user objectives, providing hands-on expert-level technical assistance to end-users.
- Design and manage the execution of evaluation plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered, with a strong sense of ownership, highly developed communication skills, team collaboration, and accountability.
Requirements
- Technical certifications in Computing and Informatics, Computer Systems, or related fields, with a BA Degree in those careers desirable.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management at the Technology sector, with excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical product skills, analytical abilities, and a sense of ownership, highly developed communication skills, team collaboration, and accountability.
