Exciting Opportunity for a Full Cycle Sales and Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in a vibrant, customer-oriented environment. If you possess a strong passion for onboarding, exceptional communication abilities, and a talent for sales, we would like to hear from you.

Position: B2B Sales Specialist
Working Hours: 8 am to 4 pm PST
Holidays: TBD
Salary: US $1,000 - 1,500 / month; Earn an additional $300-$500 per month based on successful closure of inbound deals (Final offer will depend on the client's approval and assessment of the candidate's overall qualifications).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support:
    • Deliver assistance to both new and existing clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to client inquiries.
  • Onboarding:
    • Guide clients through the manual onboarding process for our services.
    • Thoroughly comprehend and navigate clients through each stage of the onboarding procedure.
    • Provide ongoing support post-onboarding to guarantee client satisfaction and successful integration of our services.
  • Sales:
    • Evaluate potential clients through comprehensive assessments.
    • Conduct detailed product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
    • Engage in follow-up communications with potential customers (no cold calling required).
    • Manage 5-10 follow-up calls weekly, focusing on inbound inquiries and leads.

Core Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • High proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Strong business English writing skills.
  • Demonstrates expertise and proficiency in industry-specific terminology.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Must be committed to a long-term career with us.
