Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Scheduler Coordinator to join our physical therapy and chiropractic department. The ideal candidate will have a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly under pressure to assist patients in distress.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Booking appointments and verifying authorizations
- Maintaining accurate trackers and records

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a call room environment

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
- Professional communication skills in English and Spanish
