Zimmer Biomet is a leading medical technology company dedicated to improving the quality of life for people worldwide. We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Case Matching Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customer support representatives in managing and processing cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Verify data entry and maintain online records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and follow up on matches or missing images.
- Prepare documentation supporting the data entry process and assist with written and verbal communications.
- Perform general duties and support assigned by customer service representatives or management as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 0-2 years of clerical experience, including typing and data processing.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in personal computer skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, and routine database activity.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
