Key Responsibilities
  • Claim Initiation: Open claims with all relevant insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Client Intake: Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather essential information about the case.
  • Evidence Collection: Request and obtain video footage, police reports, and other relevant evidence needed to support the case.
  • Case Management: Accurately record and maintain all client information in the firm's case management system.
  • Communication: Communicate updates on the status of claims to clients and attorneys, providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
  • English Level: C1 - C2.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a law firm, specifically within the Personal Injury practice area.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
