Client Service Team Lead Role

We're seeking an experienced Team Lead with 3+ years of supervision experience. You'll need hands-on experience with process improvement, project management, and advanced English skills. Proficiency in Gorgias, Excel, and other support software is also required. Experience managing multiple channels, including chat and social media, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Customer Service Team
  • Provide direct customer support
  • Review and resolve escalations
  • Evaluate team members
  • Support process improvement
  • Train new hires
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent written English is a must
  • Amazing customer support and phone support experience
  • Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in G-Suite/MS-Office
  • Sales or e-commerce experience and understanding of sales metrics and drivers
  • Great eye for detecting team and employee risk
  • Track record of building positive relationships with employees and partners
  • Strong work ethic and talent for bringing out the best in others
  • Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others
Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years as a Supervisor, Team Lead, in the BPO or equivalent
  • Senior college student or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or relevant fields
