About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and charismatic leader to drive sales strategies and lead our dynamic sales team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful sales teams, particularly those consisting of 5 to 8 representatives, both farmers and hunters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and team growth by leading, mentoring, and managing a sales team of 5 to 8 representatives.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on both short and long-term growth.
  • Drive High-Stakes Deals: Actively participate in high-stakes deals, representing the company in meetings with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Attract Top Sales Talent: Utilize your existing network to attract top sales talent to the team, ensuring a strong pipeline of future hires.
  • Align Sales Goals with Business Objectives: Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Report on Sales Performance: Regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to the board, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Management Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing and scaling sales teams of 5+ representatives, with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Extensive Network: Extensive network within the sales community, with the ability to attract and hire top talent.
  • Strong Deal-Closing Skills: Strong track record of personally driving and closing significant deals.
  • Charismatic Leadership: Charismatic leadership with the executive polish and presence to represent the company in high-level meetings and top client presentations.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive consistent growth.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Skilled in coaching and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance, close rates, and overall productivity.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
