Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address questions and concerns regarding our retail store and website.
- Provide customers with verbal and written correspondence regarding their feedback or concerns, making them feel heard and understood with acknowledgement and resolution.
- Utilize tools and resources effectively to gain product knowledge and navigation of the website when assisting customers.
- Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's retail experience.
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Adapt to learn new call types when business needs change and flex support in those areas.
Requirements
- 18+ years old and high school graduate.
- 6+ months of BPO call center experience (phone call management required).
- Advanced English-speaking and written communication.
- Willing to work shifts Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Eastern, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-7pm (45 hour work week).
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Customer-focused personality.
- High-speed internet of 20 download speed and 3 upload speed.
- Workspace free of noise and distractions.
