Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Continuum Global Solutions. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and address questions and concerns regarding our retail store and website.
  • Provide customers with verbal and written correspondence regarding their feedback or concerns, making them feel heard and understood with acknowledgement and resolution.
  • Utilize tools and resources effectively to gain product knowledge and navigation of the website when assisting customers.
  • Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's retail experience.
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Adapt to learn new call types when business needs change and flex support in those areas.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old and high school graduate.
  • 6+ months of BPO call center experience (phone call management required).
  • Advanced English-speaking and written communication.
  • Willing to work shifts Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Eastern, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-7pm (45 hour work week).
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Customer-focused personality.
  • High-speed internet of 20 download speed and 3 upload speed.
  • Workspace free of noise and distractions.
