Job Title: Customer Service Associate

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support to customers on NIQ processes and methodologies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and requests.
  • Collaborate with operation and commercial teams to improve customer satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Develop and implement process automation and improvements using tools like Power BI, R, Python, and Excel Macros.
  • Work closely with junior associates to coach and mentor, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Meet performance KPIs, adhering to quality standards and work discipline.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or technical degree in Business Administration, Analyst, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in related areas, with a preference for candidates with exposure to R, Python, or AI/ML/RPA.
  • Excellent analytical skills, organization, and project management aptitude.
  • English language proficiency (Intermediate) is a plus.
