We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Lead to join our Latin America team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing analytical and business decision support across all functions, including Services, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Partner with business leaders to develop and analyze financial plans, including the monthly forecast, annual operating plan (AOP), and long-term strategic plans (LRP).
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances and unusual items, and evaluate their effect on operations.
- Process Improvement: Drive business process improvement through automation and/or the development of standard work, develop documentation, and drive standardization.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with regional finance leaders and stream finance teams to drive standardization and automation in reporting tools, and act as a liaison between the regional and SBU FP&A team to drive collaboration.
- Tool Development: Develop tools for early identification of financial problems, including the development of financial dashboards to visualize financial results and trends, and make recommendations for resolution of problems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related field required.
- Experience: 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a matrix organization.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle/Hyperion Planning/HFM or OneStream, and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, OBI, other dashboarding tools).
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to establish and implement processes, perform in a fast-paced environment, and build a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization.
