About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Kerry. As a key member of our EUM team, you will play a critical role in setting and executing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Insights and Analysis: Provide external context for relevant sub-End Use Markets, including market sizing and growth rates, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Consumer Insights and Strategy: Synthesize consumer insights with customer and competitor information to support the strategy setting process.
  • Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with the EUM lead to develop and execute strategies for relevant sub-End Use Markets.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Actively collaborate with local teams (Marketing, Sales, RD&A, BD, and others) to activate strategies and drive business growth.
  • Business Development and Innovation: Support, challenge, and guide the Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and BD teams to bring Kerry's Business Model to its full strength.
  • Global Connections and Expertise: Actively connect with Global teams to leverage their experience and expertise in relevant sub-End Use Markets.
  • Key Activities and Deliverables: Develop Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and Go-To-Market (GTM) construction for relevant technologies, Business Case construction for M&A, innovation, and investments, and primary contact with local and Global teams for external and internal communications efforts.
  • Supporting Activities: Participate in tradeshows and customer events, guiding as a Strategy expert.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Travel primarily within Latin America may be required to collaborate with local teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Passion for the Food Industry and Technology: Strong passion for the Food Industry & Technology.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, desirable also in Portuguese.
  • Experience and Education: Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Food & Beverage B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, and/or Sales. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Engineering, Master's degree in related fields a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: High energy with strong can-do approach, high level of emotional intelligence and resilience. With a passion for actively engaging across the business, building partnerships based on trust and integrity.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong analytical skills of consumer, market, and sales data.
  • Project Management and Consulting Skills: Strong project time management skills: ability to manage multiple details and deadlines in a matrix organization with excellent quality. Ability to quickly grasp and become proficient in new concepts, ideas, technologies, markets, tools, and ways of working. Strong consulting and facilitation skills (diplomatic, conciliative, empathetic, and collaborative).
  • Anticipation and Adaptability: Ability to anticipate internal and external customer and/or market needs.
