About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Lead to join our team at SAP SE. As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Partners (CSPs) in the Latin America region, driving customer success and growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Team
    • Lead a team of CSPs to achieve operational and renewal rate goals across the region.
    • Develop and implement strategies and plans that drive customer outcomes and lead to customer renewals.
    • Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Success and Growth
    • Drive customer success across the contract lifecycle, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand and scale business, driving long-term customer success.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with global teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success.
    • Contribute to the development of a library of success plays and best practices to drive customer success.
  • Recruitment and Development
    • Recruit and develop high-performing CSPs to join the team.
    • Support the development of CSPs, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and growth.
  • Customer Success and Growth
    • Strong understanding of customer success and growth strategies, with experience in driving customer outcomes.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategies to expand and scale business, driving long-term customer success.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
    • Strong understanding of SAP's products and services, with experience in customer success and growth.
