Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team at Skuad. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Data Entry and Processing: Enter and process payroll data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Statutory Dues and Compliance: Review and ensure compliance with statutory dues and regulations.
- Internal Audits and IT Filing: Support internal audits and IT filing processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Extensive Payroll Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and practices, including tax and compliance practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Develop strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders, all levels of employees, and management.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and impacts, as well as possible solutions and corrective actions.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Show flexibility to work with different stakeholders in a dynamic working environment.
