Drive Client Success at Oracle

As a Client Success Specialist at Oracle, you will play a critical role in driving maximum adoption of our solutions and identifying opportunities for product expansion. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-value relationships with our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely issue resolution and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client adoption and product expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the way Oracle serves its clients
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese
Requirements
  • Experience supporting the implementation of enterprise-class applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
