Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of associates to ensure high client satisfaction through the timely delivery of high-quality projects. This role requires strong leadership competencies, a proven success track record as a team leader, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with CBPs to ensure NielsenIQ and client objectives are met.
  2. Supervise quality check processes and proper execution of ways of working.
  3. Encourage constant optimization and automation of deliverables to improve speed and quality of service.
  4. Oversee prioritization of tasks and effective communication across stakeholder teams.
  5. Consult with clients regarding general study concerns.
  6. Conduct and support strategic external presentations.
  7. Develop top talents in the team and ensure succession plans are in place.
  8. Drive engagement, inspire, and motivate the team.
  9. Allocate work based on team workload capacity and skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in team management and strong leadership competencies.
  • Proven success track record as a team leader and group client manager.
  • 5+ years' experience in Marketing Research, with exposure to multiple markets and clients.
  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field, with a preference for Postgraduate or MBA.
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including business environment and client knowledge.
  • High level of communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Very good knowledge of advanced analysis, methods, and tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of project management and time management skills.
  • Energy, passion, and a can-do attitude to challenge the status quo and improve service experience for clients and employee experience for NielsenIQ associates.
  • Fluent communication in English, verbal and written, at least C1 level.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and multicultural setting.
  • Interest in the FMCG industry.
