We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Team Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping businesses thrive. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, support client service initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and qualify potential prospects through thorough analysis and outreach efforts.
  • Nurture leads and schedule meetings by employing creative methods to engage prospects and bring them into the organization.
  • Gather market intelligence and assist with sales enablement activities to drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information through effective database management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • No prior sales experience is required, but related experience in Executive Assistance, Administrative Support, or Project Management is valued.
  • Ideal candidates have excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in technology tools, including sales intelligence platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace, is essential.
  • Experience working with teams across different time zones is a plus, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
