This is a remote position. Key to our success lies in expanding our customer base. As a dynamic Tech Sales Growth Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Expats are welcome to apply.

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive business growth. In this capacity, your main focus will be on prospecting and generating new leads within our target markets.

Your responsibilities will include identifying new leads through research, cold calls, and outreach. You'll then qualify these leads by establishing initial contact and understanding their needs. By doing so, you'll set up meetings for our sales team and work closely with them to build a strong sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in tech or staffing. They should also possess a proven ability to prospect, research, and generate new leads. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are essential for this role.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus commissions and performance-based bonuses, makes this an attractive opportunity. Additionally, we offer ongoing training and support from management to help you succeed and grow within the company.
